Don’t drop them

I ordered a replacement ear bud because I dropped it and the front face came off and would not go back on. I ordered a replacement and I noticed that the other one was about come off as well Really cheaply made. The new one came and it had a smaller. lighted logo on the front. face.. Not sure what is up with that but I could. not get them to pair no matter what I did. I got so frustrated and disgusted, I threw everything away. I am going to buy some Sony ear buds.
These are a waste of money.

Replacement ear bud

These ear buds are pretty cheaply made. Drop them once and the top face comes off and won’t go back on. After ordering a replacement,
I noticed the top face on the other one was. coming loose. I never was able to pair the new bud with old one. It should not have been so complicated. I ended up throwing everything. away.

Didn’t work, returned it

The replacement took a long time to arrive, it wouldn’t pair to anything, and the customer service options weren’t very good. I was disappointed because I had really liked my original GT 220s. I returned the replacement and bought a different brand

Replacement ear bud came quickly. Great service.

I was pleased to be able to order a replacement for a lost ear bud for my grado gt220. Love these earbuds. I was sad to lose one. They do fit a bit looser than I'd. like so I will be extra careful about wearing them on the train again

Such an easy process

Recently lost the charging case and thought that it would be difficult to get a new one. I emailed them and got a response right away. Ordered them and a couple days later they arrived. Very easy process.
