The Hemp headphone is Grado’s latest addition to th Limited Edition lineup. Some of the past LE headphones have used woods from local Brooklyn trees, Norwegian Wood because of love for the Beatles, and now Hemp Wood because, ah… well. Hemp wood was legalized in 2018 and is currently being used in many industries, 20% harder than oak, and easily cut to shape. What wood makes more sense to become part of the music industry?
